There are bike stations (blue bikes) that you can rent by the hour. You need a credit or debt card. They are your best deal usually.
Why is the pool a dark green? I initially thought it was a salt-water pool, but is not.
Just the color. Water is fine. The pool is small but isn't usually crowded. Nice deck area and on most evenings you get to see and hear the Luau show again. The lagoon is great also with many different fish. Lagoon area very nice but have to be careful with your footing.
Is the Royal Kona Luau covered in case of rain?
No, but it usually doesn't rain, they only get 7 inches a year.

You should have a key card for 24 hour access. But most folks spend the time enjoying the ocean and surfing

As you see, breakfast joy included, but no one has mentioned The Fish Hopper which has a traditional breakfast for $9.95 or they have an AWESOME toasted coconut macadamia nut french toast. You cannot believe how good it is for the same price.
